What we do with your data

For anything concerning your data, reach us on that number or email address.

The booking form collects only what a booking needs: full name, phone number, the chosen date and time slot, number of players and ball package.

Email and note are optional — leave them blank and the booking still goes through.

We never ask for or store payment details. You pay cash at the field, so we never need a card number.

We use your data solely to schedule and confirm your session, and to contact you if something about the booking needs sorting out.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — without a name and phone number we cannot hold a slot for you.

We do not send marketing messages and we do not sell data to third parties.

Google Calendar — the booking is written as an event in our business calendar, hosted by Google Ireland Limited. It shows your name, phone, headcount and package.

Netlify — the site is hosted by Netlify Inc. Your request passes through their servers while the booking is written.

If you leave an email address, a confirmation is sent to you through an email delivery service.

Beyond that, your data goes nowhere.

Bookings stay in the calendar for 12 months after the session date for our records, then they are deleted.

If you want your data deleted sooner, just tell us and we will do it, no questions asked.

The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no visitor analytics tools.

If we ever introduce them, this page will be updated and we will ask for your consent before any such cookie is set.

Under Serbian data protection law you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to withdraw consent and to object to processing.

A call to +381692242069 or an email to hajduckobrdo@gmail.com is enough — we respond as quickly as we can.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
